As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, you bring customers joy and relief through Molly Maid services. This full‑time role operates Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., with no nights, weekends, or holidays.

• Provide price quotes and sell Molly Maid cleaning services, meeting with warm leads at homes and over the phone.
• Grow and retain customers by answering calls, booking estimates, and scheduling cleans.
• Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, professional manner.
• Close the loop on open estimates and sales, ensuring a strong personal relationship.
• Promote Molly Maid culture and teamwork, energizing the team.
• Resolve customer concerns cheerfully, provide solutions and follow up for satisfaction.

• Energetic by phone, comfortable talking with customers.
• Ability to work well with diverse people, being sociable and professional.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and pride in a high‑quality job.
• Tech‑savvy with computer use, especially Microsoft Office.
• Capability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Spanish speaking required.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Complete a background check.
• Valid Oregon or Washington driver’s license with a clean record.
• Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The pay range for this position is $20.25 – $25 per hour, dependent on experience. Minimum wage is guaranteed, plus up to $1,000 per week in sales incentives.
