• Assist customers throughout the automotive sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery
• Communicate effectively with English- and bilingual-speaking customers to ensure a positive buying experience
• Build relationships with prospective and existing customers through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales cycle
• Achieve individual sales goals while contributing to team success
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in dealership CRM systems
• Stay current on Hyundai products, promotions, and industry trends

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse customers
• Self-motivated with a positive, goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible retail schedule

• Previous automotive sales experience
• Knowledge of Hyundai products and services
• Experience working in a commission-based sales environment
