Requirements for Commercial HVAC Install Service Technician:
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Certificate or obtain within 6 months of employment
- Excellent proficiency in all HVAC functional design
- Excellent understanding of refrigerant, gas, and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and repair of all commercial and light residential systems, along with an excellent understanding of low‑temp refrigeration equipment
- Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings.
- Exceptional Knowledge of all HVAC low‑voltage systems
- Strong experience Install/service HVAC equipment
Desired Qualifications for Commercial HVAC Install Service Technician:
- EPA universal certification
- Strong commercial rough‑in experience.
- Strong proven diagnostic experience.
- 9+ years of HVAC Installation experience.
- Desire to train others
- Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on‑site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
