Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance;
Perform general carpentry including wallboard repair, counter top/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair;
Conduct proactive preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, golf-cart, elevator;
Maintain work order system and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction;
Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for safety and cleanliness; assist with emergencies and on-call maintenance
