Walmart is looking for a Senior Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technician to join a dynamic local retail team. The role supports and oversees repair of Walmart’s refrigeration HVAC equipment, utilizing commercial HVAC and refrigeration skills and a variety of tools to complete all jobs on time and to safety standards.

• Maintain and repair the Walmart facility’s refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets by using hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment.
• Use the work order management system to receive and process repair work orders, support stores and store associates, and document all repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities and equipment to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training to use equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations and Walmart’s refrigeration HVAC safety policy and environmental guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, use ladders, and work safely at heights frequently.

• 10 years of experience in commercial refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Type I/Type II or Universal certification for refrigerant handling.
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass an MVR check.
• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Salary range: $56,160 - $106,080.
• Sign‑On Bonus: $2,000 (select locations).
