Job Overview
Recent CDL-A graduates – start your trucking career with paid training. We’re looking for motivated, safety‑minded recent graduates ready to hit the road. With hands‑on training from a certified mentor and competitive solo pay, you’ll gain the experience needed for a successful OTR driving career.
What We Offer:- Hands‑On Training Program: 4–6 weeks with a certified mentor, followed by daily routes based on dedicated account availability.
- Paid Orientation & Training; student pay increases over time.
- Weekly Solo Pay: $1,300–$1,500 on average.
- Home Time options: every 2 weeks, weekly, or daily based on dedicated account availability.
- Long‑Term Career Path with ongoing support.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- Completed a 120‑hour CDL school.
- Passed a road test and drug screen at orientation.
- No recent major moving violations.
- No recent terminations within the past 6 months.
