Nurse ICU Manager – Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Greater New Orleans | Ochsner West Bank
Unit: Critical Care | Intensive Care Unit
Join our Critical Care team in the beautiful New Orleans area as our next Nurse ICU Manager
. We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills to guide our Critical Care staff and ensure exceptional patient care.
- Lead and support the ICU team to deliver high-quality Critical Care.
- Oversee unit operations, budgeting, staffing, and performance.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and safety through evidence‑based practice.
- Support staff development and maintain clinical excellence.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
- 7+ years of nursing experience.
- 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
- Background in ICU/Critical Care strongly preferred.
- Associate’s Degree required; BSN preferred.
- Current RN license & BLS (AHA).
- Strong leadership & team‑building abilities.
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Solid knowledge of nursing practice.
