CAPA Process Analyst II

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and medical device industry, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented CAPA Process Analyst II to join their team. As a CAPA Process Analyst II, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Lead investigations of complex quality issues to ensure timely completion of CAPA activities related to nonconformances, deviations, and complaint investigations.

+ Utilize investigational tools and root cause analysis techniques to identify appropriate causes and implement effective corrective actions.

+ Maintain the effectiveness and audit-readiness of CAPA system records, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards.

+ Generate trending metrics and reports to prioritize actions and support continuous improvement efforts.

+ Support a collaborative work environment by demonstrating full cross-functional team support and ensuring clear, effective communication.

** What's Needed?*
* + Bachelor's degree in engineering or Life Sciences.

+

Experience with Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) processes in medical devices or laboratories.

+ Proficiency in EQMS or similar CAPA management systems.

+ Excellent communication and technical writing skills.

+ Ability to lead cross-functional teams and prioritize workload effectively.
