Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and medical device industry, is seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented CAPA Process Analyst II to join their team. As a CAPA Process Analyst II, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance department supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

Duration: 6 Month
What's the Job?
- Lead investigations of complex quality issues to ensure timely completion of CAPA activities related to nonconformances, deviations, and complaint investigations.
- Utilize investigational tools and root cause analysis techniques to identify appropriate causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Maintain the effectiveness and audit‑readiness of CAPA system records, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Generate trending metrics and reports to prioritize actions and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Support a collaborative work environment by demonstrating full cross‑functional team support and ensuring clear, effective communication.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Life Sciences.
- Experience with Corrective and Preventative Action (CAPA) processes in medical devices or laboratories.
- Proficiency in EQMS or similar CAPA management systems.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
- Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and prioritize workload effectively.
