CAPA Process Analyst
Our client, a leader in the healthcare and diagnostics industry, is seeking a CAPA Process Analyst to join their team. As a CAPA Process Analyst, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location:
Gretna, LA
- Conduct investigations of nonconformances and quality events within the QMS platform, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support investigations and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Ensure that all CAPA documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory standards.
- Lead investigations of complex quality issues, performing root cause analysis to identify and mitigate causes effectively.
- Maintain CAPA system records to ensure audit readiness for internal and external quality audits.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
- Experience with Corrective and Preventive Action processes in regulated environments such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or laboratories.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
- Experience working with Quality Management System (QMS) platforms, preferably EQMS.
- Knowledge of CAP regulations, NLCP regulations, or similar standards (e.g., FDA) is preferred.
