Furniture Mart is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Non-CDL Furniture Delivery Driver to join our team in Gretna, LA! This is a great opportunity to be the face of our brand, delivering quality furniture and exceptional service directly to our customers' homes. Responsibilities:

• Load, transport, and deliver furniture to residential customers
• Safely operate a non-CDL delivery vehicle in compliance with all traffic and safety regulations
• Assist with in-home furniture placement, assembly, and setup as needed
• Inspect deliveries for damage and ensure items match customer orders before drop-off
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery windows, instructions, and concerns
• Complete delivery documentation, logs, and electronic confirmations accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and routine inspection of delivery vehicle and equipment

Requirements:

• Valid Chauffeur's license with a clean driving record (no CDL required)
• Ability to lift and carry heavy furniture items (50–100+ lbs) with a team partner
• Prior delivery, moving, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
• Ability to navigate local routes using GPS or map applications
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment screening
