Overview
Our client URGENTLY requires a Project Advisor for 9 months + Contract in Buderim.
The Project Advisor will provide high level administrative and project support services to project team members to ensure the efficient administration of the project, and adherence to organizational policies and procedures. You will contribute to the overall success of a project by ensuring that the project team has the resources, information, and support they need to perform their work effectively.
Responsibilities- Organise meetings, prepare agendas, distribute relevant documents, minute meetings, track items, and follow-up on updates to actions/decisions.
- Manage the document control and review process, draft and update project management plans, manage project-related documentation and maintaining records/archives.
- Coordination of tender and procurement processes.
- Develop project schedules and regularly monitor and report on project budget, schedule / and resource usage against key performance measures.
- Government experience would be highly advantageous.
