Duties and Responsibilities- Check daily for office assignments related to upcoming events.
- Set up and clean up Continuing Education spaces.
- Assist with food service purchase, pickup, set‑up, and clean‑up.
- Organize storage space allocated to the Office of Continuing Education.
- Perform data entry, prepare mailers, and make copies.
- Follow University and Office policies and procedures with time reporting.
- Help staff with mailings, event planning, room set‑up, and clean‑up as needed.
– 25% of time on event preparation and facility maintenance.
– 75% of time on data entry, communications, and general office support.
Minimum Qualifications- High School Diploma.
- Ability to work independently with excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Physical ability to move tables, chairs, and up to 50 pounds.
- Driver’s license with a good driving record (required for on‑campus driving).
Physical strength to move tables, chairs, furniture, office equipment, and up to 50 pounds of weight. Driving required.
