Duties/Responsibilities
  • Check with the office for daily or weekly assignments, which depend on upcoming office events.
  • Responsible for checking all Continuing Education spaces daily for set-up and cleanliness.
  • Set-up for all Continuing Education events.
  • Work with office personnel in food service purchase, pickup, set-up, and clean up.
  • Organize storage space allocated to the Office of Continuing Education.
  • Percentage of time 25
  • Data entry, preparing mailers, and making copies.
  • Follow university and office policies and procedures with time reporting, and governance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Position Summary Must be able to work independently, have excellent problem-solving skills, and good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Duties will include data entry, providing reception and phone coverage, providing duplicates, handling fax and email communications.
  • Help staff with mailings, event planning, room set-up, and other duties as needed.
  • Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position High School Diploma.
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies Good organizational skills; ability to work in a team and get along with others; basic computer skills, physical strength to move tables, chairs and about 50 pounds of weight, detail oriented and a self-starter, ability to work independently at…
