We are currently supporting a growing industrial services organization in their search for a Field Service Coordinator responsible for overseeing field operations, service scheduling, and customer support execution.
SummaryThe Field Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and supporting all field service, warranty repair, installation, and customer support activities. This role ensures efficient dispatching of technicians, timely resolution of service requests, and a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective service execution.
This position requires strong organizational skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple service workflows in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and support daily field service team operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely job completion
Schedule and manage field service activities including warranty repairs, preventative maintenance, installations, and emergency service calls
Dispatch technicians based on skill set, availability, geography, and job priority to optimize efficiency
Conduct site visits as needed to evaluate service requirements and define job scope
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests and updates
Maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication and issue resolution
Prepare and submit accurate service quotes and repair estimates for field and warranty work
Track service progress and ensure completion aligns with customer expectations and company standards
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and service execution
Support continuous improvement of field service processes and scheduling efficiency
Prior experience in field service coordination, dispatching, customer service, or related operational role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on responsiveness and follow-through
Ability to use sound judgment and problem-solving skills in service situations
High level of professionalism and accountability
Self-motivated with strong work ethic and attention to detail
Willingness to participate in safety programs and follow operational safety standards
