* Job Summary:

** Caterpillar's Electric Power Division has an open opportunity as a Program Specialist (Project Management) on our Large Electric Power team located in Griffin, GA. In this role, the Program Specialist will manage a portfolio of high visibility programs and projects for key end customers and dealers and be responsible for end-to-end project planning and successful project execution.

* What you will do:

**- Requires experience in Project Management tools and processes, and ability to: facilitate projects, lead critical meetings, develop / validate network diagrams, lead integration and compression sessions.

- Overseeing project processes and procedures; monitoring the productivity and performance of the project team.

- Managing all aspects of the project portfolio. Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of projects.

- Reviewing and ensuring adherence to project materials, deliverables methodologies and procedures.

- Preparing and presenting program level reporting for upper management.

- Designing, establishing and monitoring the organization's project management goals.

- Collaborating with internal and external team members, using a disciplined project management approach, and coaching them on their project-related roles and responsibilities.
