** Role Definition*
* Implements and continuously improves all logistics processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
** Responsibilities*
* + Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to define critical parameters and develop, implement, and sustain logistics process controls and continuous improvement plans.
+ Establish, maintain, and enforce internal logistics process engineering standards, tools, and best practices across existing and new operations.
+ Analyze logistics workflows and material flow processes, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve process inefficiencies and constraints.
+ Lead material flow and consolidation planning, including ongoing execution to optimize space utilization, capacity, and transportation efficiency.
+ Define and execute short‑ and long‑term strategies to address capacity constraints, such as load consolidation, off‑site inventory management, and establishment of ASRS inventory min/max levels.
+ Support and execute capital purchases required to implement approved logistics and process improvement solutions.
+ Utilize and integrate the local Warehouse Management System (WMS) into overall facility layout and material flow design.
+ Own and execute Plan for Every Part (PFEP), ensuring alignment with material presentation, storage, and replenishment strategies.
+ Develop and manage returnable packaging programs (corporate and supplier), supplier packaging standards, shipment quantities, and transportation requirements.
+ Define and document material presentation standards, including yard layouts, floor presentation, racking configurations, labeling, kitting, Kanban systems, and storage requirements.
+ Create, maintain, and document facility layouts and proposed changes using AutoCAD.
