Overview
World Finance is a financial services company that assists customers with loans and tax preparation. The role of a Financial Services Representative is to support the Branch Manager by providing excellent customer service and ensuring the branch operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices.
- Provide top‑tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
- Process and prepare loan applications.
- Take and process payments.
- Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
- Balance the assigned cash drawer daily.
- Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit; transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within the branch.
- Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily.
- Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
- Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application.
- Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.
- Self‑confidence and strong organizational skills.
- A history of kindness, compassion, and helping others.
- A willingness to seek quality‑driven solutions and embrace new ideas.
- Absolute team player who pitches in when needed and accepts help.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to transport bank deposits and fulfill other job responsibilities.

• Frequently stationary with regular movement throughout the office; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching.

• Requires regular use of vision, hearing, fine motor skills, and verbal/written communication.
• Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines; requires professionalism, multitasking, adaptability, and collaboration.
• Occasional local travel and extended hours, evenings, or weekends.
• Standard indoor office setting with shared workspace, typical noise, lighting, and temperature.
• Frequent customer and coworker interaction; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically.
• Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
