You’ll bring expert, compassionate care to postpartum and newborn patients — and so much more. As a W.E.S.T. Float RN, you will:

• Use the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) to provide evidence-based, individualized care.
• Manage complex clinical situations with confidence and critical thinking.
• Administer medications safely and accurately, always adhering to sterile techniques.
• Partner with patients and families to educate, advocate, and empower.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to deliver consistent, high-quality care across the system.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program required.

• Active RN License (compact or single state) required.
• BLS required
• ACLS certifications required!

• Minimum 2+ years of recent, hands‑on RN experience in a relevant clinical setting required.

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service chops
• Quick on your feet and calm under pressure
• Organized, thoughtful, and a total team player.
