Join Airgas as a Specialty Gas Sourcing Coordinator. You will play a vital role in sourcing and coordinating specialty gas orders, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, enter, and track all Specialty Gas orders using our operating system (currently SAP).
  • Maintain Specialty Gas parameters in SAP, including monitoring inventory reports and non-source files.
  • Monitor orders from receipt to branch delivery and assist branches with specialty gas orders, including quotes and pricing.
  • Coordinate sourcing, delivery, and shipment, deciding whether to fill orders internally or externally.
  • Act as a liaison between gas production and delivery branches, providing technical support to complete orders.
  • Research and resolve vendor billing discrepancies.
  • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance, including training and recordkeeping.
  • Provide backup coverage and assist with other duties and projects as needed.

Are you a match?

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of Google Office applications
  • Previous experience in order management
  • Associates Degree a plus
  • Experience in the gas/specialty gas industry preferred
