• Proven experience leading an early learning service
• A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Strong understanding of NQS, NQF and quality practice
• Kind, courageous leadership that builds trust and capability
• A commitment to child and cultural safety
• Excellent communication, organisation and relationship skills
