Flow Control Group is seeking an experienced operations leader to serve as the primary on-site head of the Controls Department at our Griffin, GA facility. You will supervise engineering, field service, panel shop, and inside sales, driving day-to-day operations and cross-functional alignment.
You will identify bottlenecks, implement repeatable processes, mentor staff, and report metrics to the VP of Controls, while coordinating with pump sales and repair teams to fulfill customer projects.
