Injection Molder Machine Operator

We’re looking for a dependable Injection Molding Machine Operator to join a clean, climate-controlled facility where everything is done by hand – no automated push-button systems here. If you love working with your hands, solving problems on the fly, and keeping machines running at peak performance, this could be your perfect fit.

• Operate and monitor manual injection molding machines in a high-volume environment.
• Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair equipment using pneumatic and hydraulic expertise.
• Perform quality checks on molded parts and ensure products meet exact specifications.
• Assist with changeovers, machine setup, and preventive maintenance.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.

• Required:
  
  Hands‑on experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Previous manufacturing or production floor experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work a 12‑hour rotating day shift (6:45 AM – 7:15 PM).
• Comfortable with physical tasks and standing for long periods.

• $19.00 hour.
