The Master Scheduler is responsible for the overall management of the production schedule, inventory and correct allocation of material/supplied resources to the production team.

• Manage and maintain production schedules based upon current customer requirements
• Track and report KPIs of production scheduling for on‑time completion
• Manage production schedule conflicts through cross‑functional team alignment
• Lead cross‑functional Production Readiness Reviews in advance of initial production run
• Oversee and maintain the planning schedule in accordance with future customer requirements
• Work with cross‑functional teams in developing near/ mid / long term plans
• Key role in kickoff meetings for new projects
• Ability to communicate with multiple disciplines
• Utilize dashboards / data to report current and near‑term status
• Analyze data, generate reports / presentations to convey large amounts of information
• Other duties as assigned

• Participate in required safety program and work in a safe manner.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.

To be successful in this position you should have prior inventory and production schedule experience. You should possess a strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service. The ability to work in a team environment is essential to this position as well.

• Must have 3 – 5 years industry experience
• Four‑year college degree from an accredited institution preferred

• Ability to analyze data, generate reports and presentations
• Effective communication skills
• Demonstrated success optimizing manufacturing and work processes and methods, with a focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to hold teams accountable to meeting commitments and objectives and adhering to policies and procedures
• Managing complex, voluminous and sometimes contradictory information to find strong solutions
• Ability to help develop strategic direction for organization, communicate it effectively to key stakeholders, and implement changes needed to achieve the vision
• Proficiency with Software (Microsoft Office Suite, D365)
• Willingness to learn new technologies and implement them proactively
