In a Bilingual Machine Operator job you’ll be responsible for:

Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery to meet production goals.
Setting up equipment and adjusting machine settings as needed.
Performing quality inspections on finished products to ensure specifications are met.
Loading raw materials and removing finished products from production lines.
Identifying and reporting equipment issues or production concerns.
Completing production paperwork and maintaining accurate records.
Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.
Assisting with basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities.
Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and supervisors.

What you’ll need:

Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required—we train!
Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM.

Pay:

$14.00/hr – 1st Shift.
$14.50/hr – 2nd Shift.
