What's A Typical Day As A Maintenance Technician? You'll:

Perform preventative maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime
Monitor machinery performance and identify potential maintenance concerns proactively
Repair and maintain mixers, presses, extruders, conveying systems, and related equipment
Record and document maintenance activities using computer systems
Work independently within assigned production areas while coordinating with the maintenance team when needed
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You:

Have 5–7 years of progressive industrial maintenance experience
Possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Have hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems
Are comfortable using computers and programs such as Windows, Word, and Excel
Can work independently and respond effectively in fast-paced manufacturing environments
Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent

Nice-to-Have

Skills:

Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments
Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and documentation systems
Strong electrical and mechanical repair experience
Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
Experience working with rotating shift schedules
