    1st Shift | 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (minimum 2 months)

What's A Typical Day As A Maintenance Technician? You'll:
  • Perform preventative maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
  • Diagnose equipment failures and minimize production downtime
  • Monitor machinery performance and identify potential maintenance concerns proactively
  • Repair and maintain mixers, presses, extruders, conveying systems, and related equipment
  • Record and document maintenance activities using computer systems
  • Work independently within assigned production areas while coordinating with the maintenance team when needed
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You:
  • Have 5–7 years of progressive industrial maintenance experience
  • Possess strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Have hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems
  • Are comfortable using computers and programs such as Windows, Word, and Excel
  • Can work independently and respond effectively in fast-paced manufacturing environments
  • Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
Nice-to-Have

Skills:
  • Experience in manufacturing or heavy industrial environments
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and documentation systems
  • Strong electrical and mechanical repair experience
  • Ability to read schematics and technical manuals
  • Experience working with rotating shift schedules
