Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician
Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment in a manufacturing plant. Duties include preventive maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, equipment repairs, basic fabrication, and CMMS documentation. Works closely with production to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance. 12-hour night shift on a 2-2-3 rotation.

Competitive pay starting at $34.90/hr up to $41.64/hr, plus shift premiums, weekly pay, and bonus program. Direct-hire Industrial Maintenance Technician position responsible for keeping manufacturing equipment running safely and efficiently. The technician will perform mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance on production equipment, minimizing downtime and supporting plant operations. The plant produces tread rubber and retreading materials used in premium retread tires and has operated for over 45 years.
5–7 years industrial maintenance experience preferred (minimum
2). High school diploma or GED required. Strong skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical repair, and power transmission. Experience with PLCs (Allen-Bradley/Siemens), electrical troubleshooting, welding, robotics, CMMS, and Microsoft Office. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and on a 12-hour night shift schedule. Technical degree preferred.
