Pro Ampac in Griffin, GA is hiring a full‑time Night Shift Production Manager to lead the production team on a 6pm–6am (2‑2‑3) schedule. You will drive safety, quality, and cost objectives while coordinating with process and quality engineers to resolve issues and pursue continuous improvement.
The role requires 5+ years in flexible packaging converting/printing, strong leadership, lean manufacturing experience, and excellent communication.
