Pro Ampac is seeking a Production Manager to lead the night shift (6pm–6am, 2-2-3 pattern) and drive safety, quality, and cost targets in a flexible packaging environment.
You will oversee production teams, partner with process and quality engineers, and apply lean improvements to meet schedules while maintaining high standards of food safety and housekeeping. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
