Yardman

We are looking for a GROUNDSKEEPER to join our team in Griffin, GA. As a Groundskeeper with Quikrete Heavy Construction Materials you will be responsible for maintaining plant grounds and work areas in a safe, compliant manner consistent with company policies and regulations.

• Maintain plant grounds, stockpiles, and operational areas in a neat and orderly condition.
• Perform housekeeping and cleanup of plant equipment, loading, and washdown areas.
• Support safe and efficient plant operations through consistent communication with plant management.
• Operate a front-end loader as needed.
• Meeting daily production needs for wet and dry batch products.
• Managing inventory, coordinating schedules, ordering supplies, parts, and raw materials.
• Performing plant inspections, repair, and maintenance.

• A high school diploma or GED.
• A minimum of 1–year of industrial, yardman, or manufacturing experience.
• Equipment operation experience (e.g., forklifts, loaders).
• Good organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
