Pay Range: $ 56- $65 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Lead daily operations of the assigned unit and manage staffing and resources.
• Promote shared governance and patient-centered care.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and operational efficiency.

• Evidence-Based Practice and Research
• Promote evidence-based care and performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
• Use data and technology to support clinical and operational decisions.

• Education:
  Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) – Required
• Preferred:
  Master’s Degree in Nursing
• License:
  Active RN license in the State of Georgia or eNLC Compact License
• Certification:
  Current BLS (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, budgeting, and staffing
• Experience with quality improvement and change management
• Understanding of regulatory, accreditation, and risk management standards
• Ability to use data and technology for decision-making
