We are hiring a compassionate, courteous, efficient Advanced Practice Provider who thrives in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

  • Flexible work schedules set 3 months in advance, no on‑call, limited weekends
  • Clinics closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter; early closing on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and 4th of July

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
• Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk‑ins and same‑day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up
• Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting and related treatments
• Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre‑employment, and annual
• Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries

• 2+ years’ experience providing patient care as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Master’s degree (Family Nurse Practitioner) and appropriate state license
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens and related compliance standards
• Detail‑oriented and confident in medical best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with common PC applications, Microsoft Office and EMR applications
• Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols and physicals
• Respect and autonomy in decision‑making
• Team‑based approach to patient care
• ACLS / BLS certifications (will be provided if needed)
