Registered Nurse; RN Cancer Center

The RN Clinical Nurse plays a vital role in providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team. They are responsible for performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices and critical thinking.

Key duties include partnering with patients and families, coordinating care, and ensuring effective communication through interdisciplinary collaboration. They support performance improvement initiatives, serve as preceptors or mentors, and promote evidence-based research to enhance care quality.

Candidates must hold an active RN license in Georgia, with required certifications such as BLS, and preferably ACLS/PALS. They should have experience in direct patient care, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to adapt in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of clinical standards, technology, and a commitment to professional development are essential.
