Regal is seeking Floor Staff to provide exceptional service at our Griffin theater. You may work in Box Office, Concession, or as an Usher, with hours varying based on theatre needs and your availability.
You will operate the POS system, handle cash with accuracy, upsell premium experiences, promote Crown Club, and ensure ticketing and concessions comply with policies.
You will read training materials, uphold safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction in a fast paced environment.
