- Investigate the interaction of foodborne pathogenic microbes with carbohydrates using various assays. (70%)

- Position Summary:
Ordering, maintaining chemical/reagent inventory, equipment maintenance, follow-up with companies and equipment repairs. Maintain cell culture for various cell lines, make cell culture plates and buffers for various projects, and perform limited experiments. - Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification:
Experience working in BSL2 and cell culture.
