• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security‑related concerns or maintenance issues.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, deliveries, and/or vehicles, following post instructions and reporting unauthorized or suspicious activity.
• Support facility operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining a visible presence, and following established security‑related procedures during routine operations, shift changes, and/or special circumstances.

• Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
