Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment and systems including pumps, motors, and pneumatic control air systems;
Respond to service requests and work orders daily, assess work requirements, and procure parts as needed;
Perform preventative maintenance and document closure in the CMMS system;
Rekey locks and service automatic and manual doors, including related hardware;
Conduct zone tours, inspections of fire and smoke walls, and report deficiencies for disposition
