The Yancey Engineered Solutions (YES) Field Service Foreman is responsible managing multiple teams of Field Service Technicians, travel, daily work schedules, tooling and reports on their activities.

• Manage day-to-day activities for field service teams comprised of Technicians, Team Leads, and a Coordinator.
• Travel as needed to jobsites to assess scope of work and communicate with customers.
• Determine tooling and personnel requirement.
• Plan tech daily work schedule.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on job statuses.
• Interact with Project Managers, General Contractors and site contacts for scope of work, and on-site safety.
• Responsible to ensure Service Team has necessary PPE, tools, repair parts, and track/account for Yancey Bros. Co. resources.
• Manage CX Alloy and other vendor applications for tracking and completion of site reported issues for Yancey Engineered Solutions (YES) products.
• Other duties as assigned and qualified.

• 3 + years of technical experience in the industry is acceptable.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent experience.

• Must complete Yancey Bros. Co. and Industry Safety Training Requirements
• Yancey Engineered Solutions (YES)
  Technical and assembly training
• Must have a qualified driving record
• Yancey Engineered Solutions (YES) Quality inspection training.
• Employee may be required to submit to customer security requirements including but not limited to additional background checks, drug tests, and provide additional identification.

• Occasionally pushing/pulling, reaching (both above and below shoulder), bending/twisting, walking, standing
• Occasionally Lift/Carry/Lower 1 – 50 Lbs., seldom Lift/Carry/Lower 50 – 75 Lbs., never Lift/Carry/Lower +75 Lbs.
• Must be able to travel 70% to job sites in state and out of state.

May be subject to extreme weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, cold, rain, snow, and ice. Equipment, tools and job site may be very loud requiring hearing protection. Environment may include vibrations, strong odors, moving mechanical parts, exposure to electrical shock, flammable liquids and gases, oils and solvents, working on platforms or equipment over 4 feet from the ground.

Appropriate PPE maybe required and mandated by Yancey Bros. Co. or the customer.

To be successful in this position you should have previous experience managing multiple teams.
