Sewer Technician

- Perform sewer line inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs for residential customers.
- Operate sewer cameras, locating equipment, hydro jetting machines, and drain cleaning equipment.
- Assess sewer line issues, evaluate system conditions, and provide detailed findings to the Sewer Sales Technician for review with the customer.
- Assist with sewer line excavations, replacements, trenchless repairs, and related plumbing services.
- Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly and professionally with homeowners.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe working condition.
- Collaborate with dispatch, plumbing technicians, and other team members to complete jobs efficiently and provide exceptional customer service.
- Previous sewer, drain cleaning, plumbing, or related industry experience preferred.
- Experience operating sewer cameras, drain cleaning equipment, hydro jetters, and locating equipment is a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in confined spaces when necessary.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively manage workload and work flexible schedules, including overtime as needed.
- Have a valid driver's license and meet auto insurance requirements (minimum age to drive 22 years old).
- Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal background check.
