** Ready‑Mix Driver

** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Operate ready‑mix truck safely and efficiently to deliver concrete to customer sites.
* Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery documentation.
* Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and plant personnel to support timely deliveries.
* Adjust chutes, controls, and equipment to discharge concrete according to specifications.
* Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a clean, organized work area.##
** What Are We Looking For
*** Safe, reliable operation of commercial vehicles with attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced environments.
* Strong commitment to safety practices and adherence to regulations.
* Capability to perform physical tasks including climbing, bending, lifting, and maneuvering equipment.
* Clear communication skills when interacting with customers and team members.##
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.##
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.##
** What We Offer*** $22.32 to $26.20 per hour
