Climate Express drivers make America great one mile at a time and handle a lot of miles.

The truck used is a 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic. Features include: cruise control and pedal, ergonomically designed seats, perfect steering position, 70 L / 96 W sleepers, larger built-in refrigerators, auxiliary power units, dual antennas, flat-screen TV mount, satellite radios.

Safety is the responsibility of everyone. Our operations team has extensive experience, and we dispatch drivers safely and legally. Trucks undergo regular maintenance, and the shop is available 24/7.

Drivers meet face-to-face with managers and team members. We emphasize a supportive environment, and our operations department is available 24/7.

Pay is based on work record and experience and is determined after processing. We pay our professionals loaded and empty on practical miles – up to 5% - 7% more miles a year than companies paying for short miles. We offer annual raises, merit raises, safety and performance bonuses.

We understand the need for work-life balance and support families while drivers are on the road.

Loads: dry van and reefer (no slaughterhouses or fresh meat, one pick/one drop or drop and hook, 100% no touch freight).
