About the Role:
The Product Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of product initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to define product vision and roadmap. The Product Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
They will be responsible for prioritizing features, managing product lifecycle, and ensuring alignment with company goals. Ultimately, the Product Manager will serve as the voice of the customer and a key driver of innovation and operational excellence within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Proven ability to manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Aha!
- Background in technology or software development.
- Demonstrated success in managing products in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver product features and enhancements.
- Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog to ensure timely delivery of high-impact solutions.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve product offerings.
- Lead product launch activities and coordinate go-to-market strategies with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed on industry trends to identify new opportunities.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
