The Front Desk Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Lake Motor Group in Griffith, IN.

• Welcome customers and provide a professional, friendly first impression
• Answer customer questions and assist with the vehicle selection and purchase process
• Answer incoming phone calls and promptly return missed calls
• Schedule and coordinate customer appointments
• Prepare and organize customer paperwork
• Keep important documents organized, accurate, and properly accounted for
• Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and efficient office environment
• Use email, computer systems, and CRM tools to manage customer information and daily tasks
• Take a proactive approach to supporting the dealership and improving daily operations
