Key Qualifications- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligibility for Indiana state SLP licensure
- Experience or interest working within schools (K-5 populations welcomed)
- Background check and fingerprinting clearance before start
- Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged; tailored supervision available
- Manage a caseload of 6080 elementary students across two school buildings
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP planning, documentation, and ongoing student progress monitoring
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families
- Attend paid administrative meetings and team conferences
