Loopy Cases is a family-founded, direct-to-consumer eCommerce phone accessory brand built on the belief that exceptional products must be matched with exceptional operations and service. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Director of Operations to take ownership of our warehouse operations, including inventory, fulfillment, and quality, and to help elevate the leaders and teams who power them.

This role is built for a seasoned director who knows how to raise the bar without tearing apart what we’ve built, someone who leads with clarity, consistency, and accountability, and who genuinely enjoys developing managers into strong, independent leaders. You’ll partner closely with our CEO and leadership team to bring structure, discipline, and operational excellence to the business, while fostering a culture that rewards ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.

We’re ready for a leader who will champion the company and its people, refuse to accept mediocrity, and make tough decisions when necessary, while always leading with fairness, respect, and a long-term view of the team and the business.

If you would like to know more about who we are, please visit our website.

What You’ll Do
  • Own end-to-end operations, from inventory receiving through fulfillment and customer delivery, ensuring reliable execution today while building systems that scale for tomorrow
  • Lead, coach, and develop department managers across inventory, fulfillment, quality, and customer support departments, setting clear expectations, providing direct feedback, and helping them grow into confident, accountable leaders
  • Build a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement where high standards are clear, performance is measured, and people are supported
  • Define, track, and improve KPIs across quality, delivery, labor efficiency, and customer experience, using data to drive priorities and decisions
  • Identify operational gaps and constraints, then design and execute practical solutions that improve performance without unnecessary disruption
  • Lead strategic initiatives and assess operational capacity to advance company OKRs and execute plans to close gaps
  • Create, implement, and continuously improve SOPs to support scalable growth
  • Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team, taking full ownership of day-to-day operational execution and serving as a trusted voice in how the business grows
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of progressive operations leadership experience within a warehouse or fulfillment environment, preferably in consumer products or DTC
  • Proven success in leading, coaching, and developing managers in a fast-paced, growing organization, with the ability to set clear expectations and hold leaders accountable
  • Deep expertise in inventory management, fulfillment workflows, barcoding systems, and warehouse operations, with a practical, hands-on understanding of how these systems work day-to-day
  • Strong track record of building, implementing, and continuously improving SOPs, KPIs, and operational systems to support scalable growth
  • Ability to analyze operational and financial data to set goals, identify gaps, and drive measurable performance improvements
  • Clear, confident communicator who works effectively across frontline teams and executive leadership
  • High level of ownership and accountability, with the judgment to address performance directly
  • Comfortable stepping into existing systems and teams, improving what’s working, fixing what’s not, and raising standards without unnecessary disruption
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, Shopify, Ship Station, and warehouse or fulfillment tools
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • End-of-year performance-based bonus (based on a 40-hour work week)
  • 401k option with a dollar-for-dollar match of up to 4% of salary
  • 18 days PTO
  • Optional health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Bicycle Benefit, 50% paid by Loopy with the purchase of a helmet up to $750 once per year
  • Wellness Benefit, 50% paid by Loopy on all sports and wellness equipment up to $200 once per year
Ready to Apply?

If you’re a seasoned operations leader looking for real ownership, the authority to build systems that scale, and a direct partnership with the CEO, this role was built for you. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the operational backbone of a growing DTC brand while developing strong managers, raising performance standards, and ensuring our teams consistently deliver for our customers.
