Loopy Cases is a family‑founded, direct‑to‑consumer eCommerce phone accessory brand built on the belief that exceptional products deserve exceptional customer experiences and relationships. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an organized, relationship‑driven Influencer Relations Representative to help expand and nurture our influencer partnerships.
This role is built for someone who thrives in communication‑based work, enjoys building meaningful professional relationships, and takes pride in representing a brand with integrity and consistency. You’ll play a key role in identifying new influencer opportunities, managing outreach, and maintaining strong ongoing partnerships that support brand growth.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, self‑motivated, highly organized, and committed to maintaining high standards in both communication and execution. What You’ll Do- Research and identify potential influencer partnerships aligned with brand values and growth goals
- Initiate outreach efforts and manage ongoing communication with influencers via email
- Build and nurture long‑term influencer relationships that strengthen brand visibility and engagement
- Maintain organized tracking of influencer conversations, partnerships, and performance
- Represent the Loopy brand accurately by staying current on policies, promotions, and product knowledge
- Remain accessible and responsive during open hours while working remote shifts
- Support additional influencer or marketing initiatives as assigned by leadership
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer support or related experience
- Exceptional written communication skills, including strong grammar and professional tone
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations and partnerships simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
- Receptive to feedback and comfortable collaborating with leadership and team members
- Availability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week
