Micro Bulk Driver (Open) –

Location:

Griffith, IN – Bulk cryo logistics - ANC

In this role, you will conduct approximately 15–20 deliveries of CO₂ products and related supplies along assigned routes, supporting each unit to achieve operational excellence and sustainability.

• Support the transfer of product from the Airgas truck to the customer tank through hose hookup.
• Support the safety of the fleet by reviewing vehicles before and after use according to DOT and company maintenance checklists.
• Support the loading of Microbulk tanks and the filling of customer‑owned Microbulk tanks as assigned.
• Partner with field service technicians for CO₂ tank installations and repair work to support shared goals.
• Collaborate to maintain DOT, SAFECOR, and Airgas vehicle documents, ensuring accurate and compliant records.
• Nurture the safe working order of the route truck and ensure routine and required maintenance is performed on time.

• Valid Class A CDL or B CDL with HAZMAT, tanker, and airbrake endorsements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date driver’s license, medical card, and endorsements.
• No more than two traffic convictions or at‑fault accidents within the last three years (or an equivalent combination).
• No driving under the influence within the last seven years.
• Must be able to work in a drug‑free environment.
• Must be able to regularly lift 75 lbs and move more than 125 lbs with the aid of material‑handling equipment.
• At least 1 year of CDL driving experience within the last five years, or proof of a certificate of completion from a trucking school completed in the last 12 months.

• Tanker experience.
