Hospital Support Assistant - Child Development Centre

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic team player to join us in our busy fast pace hospital environment. You will support the cleanliness of our Child Development Centre area within the hospital. You will be based in our Child Development Unit working 5.00 pm – 8.00 pm, but may be required to work anywhere within the hospital. This is a contracted position working 15 hours per week which covers 365 days per year including weekends, Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year.

• The post is designed to support all cleaning and catering duties within the hospital.
• The post holder is a member of a team dedicated to providing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene in accordance with the Trust's Standards of Cleanliness and Food Safety Legislation.
• Working directly with team members, patients and visitors to provide a safe and effective service.

If successful, you will be required to complete an initial 4 week training period which is compulsory.

Hours:

5.00 pm – 8.00 pm, 15 hours per week, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

This post is a role designed to support all cleaning and catering duties within the hospital. The post holder is part of a team focused on delivering high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene in line with relevant regulations.
