Our Leeds team is growing, and we're excited to welcome a Jointers Mate to join us and progress into a Jointer's Mate role . As a Jointers Mate at Energetics, youll work alongside a Cable Jointer on electricity networks, supporting LV services and HV connections to ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to specification .

Youll also assist in coordinating onsite electrical activities, ensuring full compliance with Energetics Safety Rules, Procedures, and our NERS accreditation . If you have strong utility experience and are looking to progress into a Cable Jointer role, this position offers a clear development pathway with structured training and support to help you grow into the next stage of your career .
