Pay rate: £18.45 per hour.

Looking for a hands‑on engineering role where your skills keep your community moving? We’re on the lookout for a skilled and proactive Auto electrician to join our award‑winning team at Stagecoach Grimsby. Whether you’re an experienced PCV electrician or have a background in HGV, LGV, automotive or plant electrical, you could be just who we’re looking for. As part of a dedicated team, you’ll help maintain a modern and varied fleet to the highest safety and performance standards, supporting customers to get where they need to be, from healthcare and work to shopping and leisure.

• Carry out maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on our fleet in line with Stagecoach and DVSA safety standards
• Diagnose electrical faults using modern diagnostic tools
• Respond to vehicle issues both in the depot and out on the road
• Support a safe, efficient, and inclusive working environment
• Help to train and support apprentices and junior team members
• May be required to travel to other sites

• A strong electrical background with a focus on vehicles, PSV, HGV, truck, haulage, plant, rail, automotive, or agricultural
• An NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant field is desirable, but we will also consider strong practical experience
• A proactive approach to safety, teamwork, and delivering high standards
• Flexibility to work shifts and, occasionally, attend breakdowns away from the depot
